The name Auraliya evokes the aura of the elephant, combining 'aura' and 'aliya' the Sinhalese for elephant. Auraliya is a stunning, newly built, luxury beach villa which is ideal for families and larger groups. Located on a lovely safe swimming beach it is designed in a courtyard shape with 3 large pavilions around a sumptuous turquoise swimming pool. High ceilings and white terrazzo floors give an airy, cool and fresh feel. Adjoining the villa is a large garden with frangipani trees and coconut palms, ideal for children to play in and designed complete with elephant bath for visiting pachyderms.

There are 2 master suites with 'elephant' beds measuring 8 ft x 8 ft. 2 large double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and all beds are 4 poster, fitted with mosquito nets. All bathrooms are en-suite and tastefully designed with a white terrazzo finish and modern fittings. The master bedroom has a huge terrazzo bath, 2 bedrooms have louvered doors overlooking the ocean and the other rooms look towards the swimming pool.

There is an air-conditioned sitting room with cable TV, an open-air dining pavilion overlooking the swimming pool and a chill-out pavilion for lazy afternoons. Pavilions are wired for music with iPOD connection. |

A full staff of cook, houseboy, room girls and a night watchman will take care of you during your stay. Meals are not included in the rate. Discuss your meal requirements with the cook who will serve you with fabulous local and western dishes. He will also shop for all your ingredients if provided with a float, keeping an account for your inspection. You may wish to accompany him to visit the daily fruit, fish and vegetable markets.

A conversion rate of 1.765 has been used. US$600 - US$1200 (£340-£680) for exclusive use of the villa. Payment Policy A 15% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The deposit can be paid via our secure server or via bank transfer. Customers must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. A further 35% is payable 7 days after your confirmation. This should be paid direct to Auraliya by bank transfer to UK account. The final 50% balance is to be paid one month prior to arrival at the Villa. Cancellation Policy The deposits are non refundable. |
