Dalip House, located 11km from Galle is a perfect retreat for beach lovers wanting to enjoy what nature intended! Located on a large plot with tall coconut trees swaying gently, it is a stylish beach villa with spacious rooms, pavilions and plenty of places for lounging around. Great for kids too. Step out of the private beach gate and a huge beach is your playground for swimming or just playing cricket! The pool is great for small children due to a large step that encourages lounging about. This is a lovely family house located on one of the best beaches in the Galle area.

There are 3 stylish double bedrooms, each situated in a separate pavilion facing the ocean! You can lie in bed and watch the waves gently breaking. All with ensuite facilities. There are 2 further twin rooms which are housed separately in another pavilion with a lounge and a satellite TV/DVD/CD player - great for children wanting a break from the sun and the sea !. The children's pavilion shares a bathroom with shower. This villa is perfect for 6 adults and 4 children.

The living areas are open taking advantage of the spectacular surroundings. There is a separate pavilion centrally located with huge ' lie around' seating enabling you to enjoy fabulous views across the garden out to sea at any time of the day or night. There is a further open sided pavilion located by the pool with a large dining table. |

The villa is fully staffed and includes a Chef, a senior houseboy, plus 2 others and a room girl. A night watchman and gardener make up the full compliment. So lie back and relax Your chef will prepare all your meals. Discuss your dietary requirements with him and he will prepare what ever you fancy. Whilst he can go shopping for you it is sensible for you to go the first time so that you see what is available and get a feel for the prices. All meals are for your account.

A conversion rate of 1.765 has been used. Low Season (May - 31 Oct): $ 500 (£285) per night Medium Season (August): $ 650 (£370) per night High Season (01 Nov - 21 Dec & 7 Jan - 30 Apr): $ 650 (£370) per night Peak Season (22 Dec - 6 Jan): $800 (£455) per night Payment Policy A 15% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The deposit can be paid via our secure server or via bank transfer. Customers must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. A further 35% is payable 7 days after your confirmation. This should be paid direct to Dalip House managing agents by bank transfer to Sri Lanka account. The final 50% balance is to be paid one month prior to arrival at the Villa. Cancellation Policy The deposits are non refundable. |
