Located just 10 minutes south of Bentota Beach, sits three elegant luxurious beachfront villas, collectively known as Sri Villas. Sagara, Nisala and Araliya are three stylish privately owned villas enjoying spectacular panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Sitting at the end of a beautiful, rarely visited beach that stretches for half a kilometre, the garden at Sri Villas seamlessly blends into the golden sand. The three villas, all of which are 2-storey can be rented separately or together and comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. In front of the villas is a stunning 30-metre lap pool with steps leading to a shallow section on one side, which is ideal for children. Each villa has luxuriously appointed interiors, generous living and dining spaces, private kitchens, spacious balconies and master suites with oversized en suite bathrooms. While the villas are equipped to cater to the expectations of modern living, much of the design is based on traditional Sri Lankan homes. High vaulted ceilings, tall louvered doors and windows shading large open spaces provide wonderful ventilation and allow the cooling ocean breeze to permeate the property. Sri Villas is the last word in elegant beachfront living and is perfect for large groups or families holidaying together.

Sagara- which stands on the right of the property as you look out to sea, has three bedrooms (all master suites, each with en suite bathrooms). Two of the suites are on the second floor (with air-conditioning) and one on the ground floor (with its own outdoor shower). All the bedrooms have their own balcony or verandah providing breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Suitable for 6 people. Nisala - is set in the middle overlooking the swimming pool. It has two wonderful master suites on the second floor each with en suite bathrooms (with outdoor showers as well). Each master suite is air-conditioned and has a large private balcony with beautiful views of the Indian Ocean. Suitable for 4 people. Araliya - sitting on the left of the property as you look out to sea, has four air-conditioned bedrooms: two master suites with en suite bathrooms on the second floor, and a junior suite with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom on the ground floor. There are two private balconies upstairs and a large verandah downstairs. The villa enjoys excellent views of the garden and ocean. Suitable for 8 people. All three villas have generous modern living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings that reaches all the way to the roof. Modern open plan kitchens, and some with a bar. There are further lounging areas by the pool. |

Sri Villas has its own trained English-speaking staff in residence (some with overseas working experience) so that guests may completely relax and feel at home. Please do not hesitate to ask the staff for any special request. We can also arrange babysitting. Menus will be discussed with guests on a daily basis so that fresh ingredients can be purchased by the staff in nearby markets. Enjoy traditional Sri Lankan curries, fresh seafood dishes and a variety of Asian and International cuisine. On request, a table may be set up outside the living spaces for you to enjoy a special, intimate dinner.

The rate during May-Oct is US$160 per night, Nov-Apr & Aug is US$210 per night. Please contact us for availability. The above rates include all taxes. Minimum rental period is usually 3 days. However please feel free to enquire as it may be possible to rent for less, subject to availability and season. Payment Policy A 15% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure the booking. This can be paid online via our secure server or via bank transfer. Customers must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. The balance (85%) is payable 2 months prior to arrival during high/peak season, or 1 month prior to arrival during low season. This should be paid directly to the villa owners bank account in Hong Kong. Bank details will be supplied after booking is confirmed. Please note, the owners stipulate that you are responsible for ALL bank charges. Please note - if all 3 villas are booked together, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. The balance (50%) will be required 2 months prior to arrival. A security deposit is payable on arrival at the villas, by way of cash. The deposit is security against any damages or charges that may arise during your stay. If your stay is one week or more, the deposit is equal to one day's rent. If your stay is less than one week, the deposit is equal to half a day's rent. Cancellation Policy Balance payment will only be refunded, if we are able to 're-let' the villa. We will charge US$150 cancellation fee and any bank charges incurred by us in the refund. If you wish to change the date of your stay and have already paid a deposit or the full amount we will, at our discretion, try to accommodate you, subject to a US$150 administration fee. If this is not possible or the dates we offer are not acceptable the booking will be cancelled as per the above conditions. |
