Located just past Galle, this property is ideal for those searching for complete luxury and tranquillity from the hustle and bustle of city life. The spacious Dutch colonial house adorns an eclectic mix of antiques and modern artwork along with chic and stylish furniture. A large verandah stretches across the front of the property to give you perfect uninterrupted ocean views. There is a large infinity swimming pool and a pavilion with loungers and settees to relax. An ideal setting for an evening drink or a romantic meal. The large garden, dotted with tall coconut trees is simple in design. Steps lead down to the almost private beach. Early mornings you can even see fishermen on stilts patiently waiting for their catch of the day.

There are 2 large bedroom suites (30 ft x20 ft) with a massive 4-poster bed positioned in the middle. The high ceilings and the many doors leading to the verandah brings a welcome sea breeze during those hot and humid days. Both bedroom suites have fans and are air-conditioned. There are two shower rooms, an indoor shower and an outdoor shower for those wanting to be closer to nature. Both suites also have an ornamental pond with a water feature and twin vanity units. There is plenty of storage and a large settee. One of the suites leads directly to the study which can be used as an extra bedroom if required. The study has its own en-suite facilities making this ideal for an extra guest. Alternatively, this room can be used for a child.

The spacious living room is positioned in the middle of the property with the two bedrooms suites leading off from either end. Furnished to an exceptional standard, this stylish room offers a great place to relax in the evenings. There is also a small study for those seeking a quiet retreat to read or even snooze! The large verandah offers the perfect place to relax and take your meals. The verandah can also be accessed via the bedroom suites. |

Twenty Three Palm is fully staffed. There are around 10 staff working at anytime. The chef is an accomplished member of the team with over two decades of experience catering to holidaymakers. The manager Lasantha, will attend to all your needs. You can inform the Kitchen staff of any foods that you are particularly found of as well as those spices and certain foods you wish to Avoid. The menu at 23 Palm is set but you can order off their Nibble Menu. Ingredients are bought fresh daily, so please inform Lasantha of your plans for the day. Meals can be taken whenever you wish.

US$575 - US$750 per night for exclusive use. Please contact us for special promotional rates during low season. A 15% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The deposit can be paid via our secure server or via bank transfer. Customers must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. A further 35% is payable 7 days after your confirmation. This should be paid direct to Twenty Three Palm Villa owner by bank transfer. The final 50% balance is to be paid one month prior to arrival at the Villa. During peak time, balance is required 2 months prior to arrival. |
