Low Season USD250 per night (May, June, September, October, November) 

High Season USD350 per night (July, August, January, February, March, April)

Peak Season (15 December - 10 January). Please contact us for rates. A 10% service charge is applicable during peak season. 
 

All rates quoted are for exclusive use of the property and does not include meals. The house keeper is an accomplished cook and specialises in Sri Lankan cuisine. If you would like your meals prepared by the house keeper, you may either bring your own groceries, or provide the local manager with a cash flow and he will purchase the groceries for you. All accounts for purchases will be provided for your review.

 In house massages can be arranged. Please speak to the local manager.
